Another of George Chinnock's (patent applied for) offerings from the 1876 Centennial Exhibition. The first image is of the box, it is hinged in the middle with the picture halves on top and bottom. When it was opened up, you had the complete image. The puzzle had to be put together with one half on top of the other for storage. This was no doubt the economy version of the deluxe five-puzzle set.
