This is another Thomas Wagner puzzle, note that the first puzzle displayed is the same image as was used in the previous block puzzle. The nail holes in the corners indicate that this was stack-cut. The cutting style is very similar to European puzzles, perhaps he copied a puzzle or perhaps he was a recent immigrant.
